Every Monday morning for at least the last three weeks, I have carefully set my alarm to go off at 5:20am, sternly telling myself that I would go to the gym.
For the last three weeks, I have risen at 5:20 am.
After dressing in my workout clothes I walked into the kitchen, picked up my keys, paused and said....
Nahhhh.

Good for you! At least you made the 5:20 part!!!
I'm impressed that you actually got out of bed at 5:20. I often have these plans that I'll get up and start doing my own work at 5 or 5:30. I often hit the snooze and am woken up every 9 minutes until 7am. Not the most restful. So do you just go back to bed or do you make other use of your time?
