It's Nothing a Latte Won't Take Care Of

Can I just tell you how glad I am that this week is over?

It was a very busy week in the salon. I juggled hair appointments, employee meetings and new policies, wrangled disgruntled clients into satisfied clients (more than once), distributed the money to it's respective places, discovered that I have nothing because I basically owe it all to the IRS, and bought a dishwasher with some of that "nothing".

Then I had a great big cry.

And slept.

It's amazing how therapeutic crying and sleeping is.

Especially when followed up with a sugar-free caramel, fat-free latte. It's better than a stiff drink after talking to the accountant who is adding insult to injury by taking any money left after the IRS gets through with you.

Hey girl,

Keep your chin up, it will hopefully get better soon. This economy is awwwww-ful right now and everyone is feeling the squeeze. On a easier note, I like your new dishwasher ~ very sleek and cool. There's nothing like a little retail therapy and a good snooze to get you feeling better.

Lots of hugs,
Bebe :)

Caramel always makes me feel better too. Seriously, it does. Something about its drippy, syrupy sweetness...mmmmm...

When you get down here I'll take you to Java delights, where I purchased our Superchick tickets. They have the best chai tea. Well, I guess it's the best, but I don't have anything to compare it to because it's the only chai tea I've ever tasted. Maybe you can tell me. I'll have em add some caramel for you and you can pretend it's a latte!! LOL
Love ya!

I always save my once-a-week Carmel machiatto for the day that I REALLY need it. Ummmm....Carmel....

Yeesh-a-rama. All I can say is, "stimulus check, please come soon..." This is the first time we've had to pay in years...and pay through the nose we did. Just know we're thinking of ya...

Congrats on the dishwasher... everytime you get a little weepy, just channel a little "Dorothy" and chant, "There's no place like clean, there's no place like clean..."

And yepper, Bea, I'm all over that chai thing, too...and so is my little sweetie-girl...
