I do not recommend watching the Food Network while running on the treadmill.
Not unless you want to feel very, very frustrated and deprived.
Especially when Paula was making this "heart-attack-waiting-to-happen". Followed by this scrumptiousness for dessert.
I think I would have gladly run the rest of the night for that.

Is this like running after the carrot?
I can't even run on a tread mill without holding on, I get inexplicably dizzy. Or maybe that is just the lack of exercise talking.
You watched Paula Deen while running on the treadmill? Are you a SADIST???
Good lord, woman...what's wrong with you? :-)
Paula's recipe reminds me of another heart-attack-waiting - the Monte Cristo sandwich. The MC is far healthier than Paula's offering, however, because you dip it in raspberry jam (you know, all healthy recipes include at least one item from the fruit/veggie group). As a compromise, however, I'd recommend that you leave off the powdered sugar on the top, because the doctor may think that's a little too much carbs for one dish. :-)(http://www.recipezaar.com/Bennigans-Monte-Cristo-Sandwich-26049)
The last step should be: #14. Before you eat it, pull your insurance card to the front of your wallet, because the hospital attendants may need to get to it quickly when the ambulance people bring you in...
Too funny...on a treadmill you should watch something totally fun and not tempting. :-)
too funny! lol!
Hysterical! I ran across your blog through another crafty's blog, and the post about the treadmill and foot network? So true! It's the only thing I watch while on it. ;) Nice blog!!
