I didn't go to work yesterday.
Oh, I had a full book and I did everyone's hair, but they did not have the benefit of my company. The body was there, but the rest of me was in parts unknown.
Lunchtime rolled around and I went home for an hour and a half. I patched together some tuna fish salad (healthy) then, since I'd been so good, had a piece of chocolate cake, a banana and some chunky monkey ice cream.
My mood was much improved.
I practically skipped back to work.
Who needs Prozac?
